Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship your order within 48hours.  Where this is not possible for any reason we will let you know immediately. 
Delivery will be undertaken by First Class Post or MyHermes.
Please let us know when placing your order if there are any special delivery instructions.

Returns & Replacements

If you discover any products are damaged or faulty please return them to us within 30 days for refund or replacement, we cannot refund return postage.  Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. We will also accept returns if the product was not as you expected but the product MUST be resaleable, in original undamaged packaging and returned within 7 days. Please note you will have to return the product at your own expense and we suggest that you send with signed for or trackable delivery method, we cannot refund return postage. Shipping charges will be applicable on replacement products.
